PRIVACY POLICY ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
As part of its activities, SDG Champions France (hereinafter "SCF") makes available to users (hereinafter the "User"), namely any Internet user who registers and subsequently connects to the website https://education4allsdgs.org (hereinafter the "website"), an application as defined within the Legal Information (hereinafter the "Application").
The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform any user as to the terms and conditions of the processing of their personal data collected via this website and this, in accordance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Law nᵒ 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms (hereinafter the "Legislation").
In accordance with the applicable Legislation, SCF undertakes to ensure the protection, security and confidentiality of Users' personal data collected on the Site as well as the data of evaluations made by a User through the Application.
In this respect, it is specified that the data of the evaluations made by a User are confidential and are not accessible to other Users, with the exception of other Group Users (see Article 2 of the Terms and Conditions of Use) of the same group as his.
Users' personal data is confidential and will not be communicated to third parties under any circumstances except for the proper performance of the services defined in the Terms and Conditions of Use (T&C).
The Website ensures to any User that personal information and information related to his or her organisation and the projects, strategies and policies that he or she analyses with the Website are collected and processed in compliance with the French law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms.

SCF only collects personal data that is necessary for the purposes of its business as set out in this Policy or in the Terms and Conditions of Use (T&C).

ARTICLE 3: PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
SCF collects personal data from the User when the User completes the registration form and evaluates projects using the Application.

ARTICLE 4: BASIS FOR THE COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
SCF processes the User's personal data in the performance of a contract, namely the Terms and Conditions of Use.
The use and processing of the User's personal data presented in this Policy is based on the User's consent to the use of his/her personal data.
The fields marked with an asterisk in the registration forms must be filled in by the User in order to be able to process his/her request or access the Application.

ARTICLE 5: RECEIVER OF PERSONAL DATA
The User's personal data is intended, unless the User has justified opposition, for the exclusive use of the operation of the Site and the Application by SCF and its service providers.
The User's personal data shall not be transmitted or transferred by SCF to any third party, except in the event of subsequent modification or alteration of the PDF reports produced by the Application.

ARTICLE 6: PERIOD OF RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The User's personal data is kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes mentioned within this Policy.
All personal data is deleted when a User deletes his/her account in the "My account" tab of the Application. The data of an open account may be kept for a maximum of three years from the last connection of the User to the Site. As stated in the T&C, SCF reserves the right to delete any inactive account and the attached evaluation data after 18 months of inactivity on the Site.
Project names and descriptions and PDF reports produced by the Application are archived in anonymous form by SCF after deletion of the User's credentials.

ARTICLE 7: USER'S RIGHT TO PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the legislation in force, the User has several rights over his personal data defined as follows:

The User also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) regarding the processing of his/her personal data by SCF via the website: https://www.cnil.fr/.

ARTICLE 8: SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
SCF ensures that the User's personal data is treated securely and confidentially.

ARTICLE 9. MODIFICATION OF THE POLICY
This privacy policy may be subject to change, particularly with regard to current legislation or the activity of SCF.
These changes are binding on any User of the Site or the Application.
SCF therefore invites any User to regularly consult the Privacy Policy in order to take note of any changes or updates made to it.
